Available to state health plan participants in 24 Eastern Wisconsin counties.
New in 2012, 7 additional counties in our East service area and 18 counties in our new Northwest service area.
#1 Rated Health Plan in Wisconsin
The Trust health plan for school districts received the top rating in Wisconsin in 2008, 2009 and 2010, according to an independent national survey (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, or CAHPS®).
Community Participation
- Sponsoring Wisconsin Yes! in partnership with the Wisconsin Technology council and others. Wisconsin Yes! is a business plan contest for students.
- Selected as 2011 Friend of the Year by the Wisconsin Association of School Councils (WASC) for long tradition of involvement in Wisconsin schools.
- Founded Safer Use Prevents Abuse coalition. 20 other organizations have joined the coalition. The coalition is expanding its efforts to stop prescription drug abuse.
- Named a 2010 Friend of Education by the Department of Public Instruction (DPI). This award is DPI's highest award for promoting public education in the state of Wisconsin.
- Founded coalition in support of statewide curriculum to prevent bullying in Wisconsin schools.
- Sponsor of Movin’ and Munchin’ schools, a DPI program supporting exercise and nutrition education programs.
Our 1sts
- 1st in Wisconsin to offer a disability plan that replaces 90% of a disabled employee's income.
- 1st in Wisconsin to cover psychiatric and chiropractic services (long before the law required insurance companies to offer such benefits).
- 1st in Wisconsin to cover transplants as a standard benefit.
Other Cheers
- We annually have among the fewest number of complaints filed with the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) compared with other insurers.
- We made long term care protection affordable by offering a true group plan.
