The WEA Trust Cost of Living Adjustment is based on the settled teachers' salary schedule for your school district. Thus, every year, we need the settled teachers' salary schedule so that we can calculate the appropriate salary adjustment. Please note that we need the teachers' settled salary schedule in addition to the salary census that you may have to complete for our Eligibility Services Department.
