| Insurance policies are now online |
 Like most people, you probably filed away the insurance policy you received from the Trust and may refer to it once in a blue moon—that is if you can find it.
You no longer have to worry about physically locating that policy because the Trust has made it easy to access all insurance policies online in a secure portable document format (PDF). To access the online policies, simply click on "View polices online" under the Tools section at weatrust.com. Note: Members will continue to receive their Benefit Summary and ID cards by mail.
Once there, you can view the various Trust health, dental, disability, long term care, and life policies.
Why the Trust has gone green
First and foremost, we have found that by reducing the cost of printing and mailing paper policies, the company will save a substantial amount of money. Members may opt for a paper policy by contacting the Trust.
Another reason we have made the policies available online is that we have received many comments from school districts and members asking for improved online communications. In this day and age, the majority of people prefer to access their information in an online format.
We will continue to look for ways to improve our online communication with members and school districts. In the meantime, you can call our Customer Service Department at (800) 279-4000 if you have any questions about this new online enhancement.
