Three-tier drug list
Trust health plan members who have the Three-Tier Drug Plan can use this list to determine the copayment level for many prescription drugs. If you are unsure whether you have the Three-Tier Drug Plan, consult your Benefit Summary.
This guide alphabetically lists commonly prescribed drugs. It does not list every drug covered under the Three-Tier Drug Plan. If you are prescribed a drug that is not included in this list or are unable to identify an alternative for any Tier 3 medication, please call WEA Trust customer service at (800) 279-4000.
