TRADE RESTRICTION POLICY

Effective November 1, 2005, the following trading restrictions apply to all WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity Trust and WEAC IRA mutual fund accounts:

All fund shares purchased through an exchange* require a 90-day holding period. Effective April 1, 2006, Vanguard PRIMECAP (TSA only) requires all shares purchased through an exchange* be held for one year.

*Exchanges are transfers, within a WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity Trust account or a WEAC IRA mutual fund account, of existing fund balances between the guaranteed investment and a mutual fund investment or between mutual funds.
