Payment of benefits
The following is a brief summary of how your benefits are paid when you become eligible for them:
- Benefits are paid monthly after satisfaction of the Elimination Period.
- Benefits are paid in addition to sick leave, worker’s compensation, etc.
- Benefits are paid for disability resulting from an injury or sickness.
- Benefits are paid throughout any one continuous period of disability, up to the maximum of the plan, if all policy provisions are satisfied.
- Benefits payable will not exceed 66-2/3% of your weekly salary.
