Laser Vision Correction Surgery -- Please note: Laser vision correction surgery is not covered under any of our health plans. NVA has contracted with several providers who have agreed to offer discounts on laser vision correction surgery. To access these discounts, you must present your insurance ID card, for identification purposes, to the laser vision correction surgery provider of your choice (Note: discounts vary by provider). Please use the NVA Provider Search button to locate participating providers.
