The NVA Program
NVA, which includes vision providers, retail outlets, and laser vision correction surgery centers throughout Wisconsin, coordinates discounts for this program.

Discount Coupon -- When you visit an NVA Vision Network provider, please present the reusable discount coupon. If you need another coupon, click here to print the coupon.
Contact Lens Refills -- Discounts are available on contact lens refills.
Laser Vision Correction Surgery -- Please note: Laser vision correction surgery is not covered under any of our health plans. NVA contracts with the National LASIK Network to provide members with a discount on laser vision correction surgery. This network is comprised of one of the largest panels of LASIK surgeons in the United States.
To find a provider, call the NVA LASIK Line's toll-free number at (877) 295-8599 or go directly to the National LASIK Network web site. There are 550 locations nationwide with several locations in Wisconsin.
To obtain your discount, present your WEA Trust insurance ID card, for identification purposes, to a contracted laser vision correction surgery provider. Discounts vary by provider.
Insurance Coverage -- You may have vision coverage through us that may entitle you to some reimbursement toward your purchases regardless of whether the provider you see is affiliated with this discount network. If you are not sure if you have vision coverage through us, give us a call. If you do have vision coverage, you or your provider can submit a claim to us.
