How to receive medical care and prescription drugs
After enrolling in a WEA Trust health plan, you will receive an insurance ID card.
When you visit a health care provider, be sure to show your insurance ID card. This is important so your provider’s office will know you are covered by a Trust health plan. They’ll also know where to send claims for fastest service. Claims addresses are listed on the back of your ID card.

You will also use your ID card to obtain prescription drugs at participating pharmacies. Simply present your ID card and pay the applicable copayment; the remainder will be paid by your insurance plan.
