WEA Trust to Exit the Health Insurance Market December 31, 2022

As previously announced, effective December 31, 2022, WEA Trust will exit the health insurance market. You can view the press release regarding WEA Trust’s exit from the health insurance market HERE.   

 

Maddy Employer Portal to End July 31, 2022 

We have also made the decision to disable the Maddy Portal on July 31, 2022. This page was created to help provide employers with the necessary forms and guidance after the portal is disabled. 
 


Timeline for Transition Away from the Maddy Portal 
 

  • From now until July 24, 2022, operations will continue as they are today.
      
  • Starting July 25, 2022, you will not be able to do the following: 

    • Submit requests for enrollment 
    • Submit change requests 
    • Submit loss of coverage  
    • Submit terms  
       
  • Up until July 31, however, the following capabilities will be available via the Maddy Employer Portal:  

    • See employee rosters 
    • See eligibility of employees 
    • Reply to an enrollment form that was submitted before July 25  
    • Access copies of the SBC/Benefit Summaries 

 

NOTE: Members cannot request ID cards through the portal after July 31, 2022, however, they can request a replacement ID card by filling out an online ID request form.
