Healthy employees are happy employees—and we believe that should be celebrated and rewarded.

We understand the importance of members being prepared, knowing their options and taking control of their healthcare. That’s why we created the Time for Telehealth grant—rewarding organizations up to $3,000 for the employers who show the highest percentage increase in telehealth enrollment within a three-month time period.


 


What is telehealth?

WEA Trust telehealth, powered by Amwell, allows members to have a video visit with a doctor or therapist on a smartphone, tablet or computer. Doctors on Amwell treat, diagnose and even prescribe medications. Telehealth delivers quality care at the touch of your fingertips, at a more affordable price than in-person visits. When utilizing telehealth, one of the most important actions members can take is to download the application and register so that when an urgent care need arises, they can simply click their device and see a doctor within minutes.

Eligible employer group award recipients will be selected based on highest percentage increase in telehealth enrollment through the enrollment timeframe.

Who can win a Time for Telehealth award?

WEA Trust employer groups with 100-500 and 500+ employees are eligible to win.


When will the winners be announced?

Winning employer groups will be announced at the end of the three month enrollment period (December, 2019).
