The Maddy Member Portal Ends on July 31, 2022

As previously announced, effective December 31, 2022, WEA Trust will exit the health insurance market. You can view the press release regarding WEA Trust’s exit from the health insurance market HERE and an FAQs document HERE.  

We have also made the decision to disable the Maddy Portal on July 31, 2022. You will not longer have access to log in to the portal after July 31. We created this transition page to help you with the information and resources needed after the Maddy Portal is disabled. 
 

PLEASE NOTE: This change DOES NOT impact Maddy Virtual Care.

Your access to urgent medical and behavioral healthcare via smart phone,
tablet or computer via Maddy Virtual Care Remains available to members.

Enrollment 

  • If you have enrollment changes, please reach out to your employer’s benefits specialist.

 

Benefits (After July 31, 2022)

  • Reach out to your employer’s benefits specialist or contact our Customer Service Team. 
     
  • Member Explanation of Benefits Request. If you would like duplicate copies of your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), please complete this EOB Request Form and submit it via email to CustomerServiceCorrespondence@WEAtrust.com.

    • Please submit the email with the subject line: Member EOB Request.

      PLEASE NOTE: Each adult over 18 years old must complete the EOB Request Form and submit it via separate email for Protected Health Information (PHI) reasons


Claims/Deductibles

To learn of your claims and deductible status after July 31, please contact our Customer Service Team:


Replacement ID Cards

  • You can request a replacement ID card by filling out our online ID request form.  


Find-a-Doctor Online Provider Directory

  • The online provider directory is still available to members at Find a Doctor.


Pharmacy Information by MedImpact (Non-State Health Plan Members)

  • You can continue to review your prescription drug information by directly logging in to the MedImpact Portal.
     
  • If you have trouble logging in, call MedImpact at 888.807.8106. This contact information is also located on the back of your WEA Trust Member ID card.


Pharmacy Information by Navitus (State Health Plan Members)

  • State Health Plan Members: If you have questions regarding your prescription drug benefits, contact your Pharmacy Benefits Manager, Navitus, at 866.333.2757.


Hospital Stay Notifications

  • The Maddy Portal hospital stay notification form will be disabled. Please ensure your provider notifies WEA Trust if you have an in-patient hospital stay.  

 


Customer Service Hours Have Changed 

  • Beginning August 1, 2022. Our Customer Service Team is available from 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.
