The Trust currently offers some or a limited number of self-service access options to our members. We take every precaution with our website to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via our website, their information is protected both online and offline. As we expand the use of our website, the confidentiality of personal information, both medical and financial, will be maintained.
To protect personal information, we use three layers of security:

If you correspond via e-mail with a Trust Employee, DO NOT send any personal health information or your subscriber number in your message. E-mail is NOT a secure method for sending personal information.
To perform their duties, Trust workforce members handle confidential information received by mail, telephone, fax, or e-mail on a daily basis. Our workforce members are trained to maintain the confidentiality of that information. We abide by all state and federal laws applicable to the information we handle. Workforce members who misuse an individual's medical information are subject to disciplinary action.
